Itc new rule

sir as one of my dealer get supply from registered suppliers but suppliers filed gstr1 on quarterly basis then how to claim itc plz clarify this

Claim ITC based on Valid Tax Invoices. Consider the ITC quarterly basis

If valif invoice is thear and the supplier filed rtn on time quickly basis can we claim itc month wise or not

Yes... You can claim ITC month wise...
But Consider the 20% percent rule quarter basis.

MTD reconciliation would be required in your case. However CBIC yet to provide clarification on the same.

Can claim entire ITC based on Valid Tax Invoices for the month of October 2019, November 2019 and 20% ITC rule Consider the month of December 2019.
