ITC mismatch

Dear,
We have claimed a ITC as per our books but same is not found in GSTR2A and we cross verified with original invoice. Then we confirmed that our ITC claim is in accordance with tax invoice but our supplier has not filed return properly. For cases like this Department has issued notification that it is not require to match with GSTR2A when we have original invoice.
