ITC Milega ya nahi ????
I am working at petrol pump gst is only applicable on lubricants and distilled water.We purchased a tanker on loan for business for rs 2650000 from ICICI bank from the party .Should I get itc of this or not

ITC will not be available in this case, as it will not be used for lubricant or distilled water.
Better to capitalize it and claim depreciation.
