We have downloaded GSTR2A relevant to the FY 2017-18, but as per our books we have claimed ITC however same invoice is not found in GSTR2A but we have valid invoices for that transactions. if our vendors not accepted these invoices. Is we need to reverse the ITC claimed.

The current situation can be dealt as follows
1. In GST Portal - we have an option to add missing invoices, there if the transaction is eligible for ITC claim we can add the details of the corresponding invoice and can take the claim. keep in mind that we should have to maintain proper documentation for the same
