in gstr 3b for the month of nov 18 return by mistakely we have charged itc under igst instead of cgst n sgst want to rectify that is its possible to do so in the month of dec return???

yes you can rectify in December month return
by reversing Igst itc and increasing cgst n sgst itc correspondingly.
