Shall ITC be available in respect of supplies falling under schedule-III?

Yes..........,...., No need to reverse the ITC
if the outward supplies falling Under Schedule III

In scheduled III of the CGST act 2017 activities and transactions are treated as " neither supply of Goods nor services "

Agree to Pankaj sir but except in case of sale of flat after after completion certificate
