Can we claim ITC on wall clocks purchased by us for distribution in an Annual programme to dealers?
Wall clocks and trophies were distributed free of cost to dealers.
Can it not be an activity for business promotion?

No. ITC is not available. it is ineligible under sec 17

Yes ITC block , cannot claim .

And what if company has printed it's logo on clocks?
And dealers have achieved bar of sales mark that has fixed by company to increase it's revenue.
