can I claim all the itc that shows in GSTR 2A (including capital exp and all the stock- in -trade )??

If all the ITC is related to Your business and You have invoices as per GST then You can claim...

***must be stand as per ITC rules.

Yes, You can claim all ITC as shown in GSTR 2A but condition is it must be related with your business and should be used for taxable supply, in case there is common ITC (which applies on exempt as well as taxable )then ITC can be claim only for taxable supply proportionate.
