ITC from composition dealer
if a composition dealer raise a bill to a regular taxpayer under GST then can the regular dealer availe the ITC that is ofcourse included in the bill?

composition dealer will raise Bill of supply and not tax invoice,tax is not charged in Bill of supply as composite dealer cannot collect tax. Registered dealer cannot take set off of tax as the tax is not shown or charged by the composite dealer.
