can i take ITC for gst paid for service of digital signature?
Yes ...Provided GSTIN provided to supplier/ in Tax Invoice.

The invioce shouldbe on the name of Entity and containg the gst no as well as used for furtherence of the business then and then only the same can be allowed for ITC.
