ITC FOR COMPOSITION PERSONS

suppose there is a person who opts for composition scheme and he purchases some goods or services from unregistered dealer nd pay tax on reverse charge mechanism. now whether will he be able to claim itc of that tax paid.

or that tax paid on reverse charge basis will be eligible for refund

No, itc is not allowed for composit dealer. It will be added to its purchase cost.

No ITC will be available to composite dealer for tax paid under RCM.
