Ram is a telagana person ,he went to Haryana for business purpose .,and he taken lodging services from one hotel in Haryana , for GST purpose ram has given Gstin of Telangana.,and hotel in haryana charged CGST and SGST instead of IGST as per point of taxation .
please say experts 1) Can ram avail Itc on that.
No, ITC can be claimed only if you have registration in the state in which you have received service from Hotels.
