if any individual registered under gst and his son is going abroad and take consultancy service of any agency (registered under gst) then gst paid on such service is eligible to take input tax credit(itc)

No, such consultancy is for personal purpose and the ITC for the same cannot be availed

No you cannot claim such ITC
