can ITC for builders providing affordable housing be claimed??
if yes then how to report the same
if no then whether is it to be reported in 3b and then disallow ??
1.yes you can claiml provided you have tax invoice for inputs purchased .
2. there was a ruling from gst council that it can be waived.
