1. if in June month I don't have credit on vat return I have paid tax than when we go on GST can i fill trans 1 for with nil amount credit or it not required ?
2. if I have liability to pay vat in June month but there is a some closing stock in my company than I can carry forward or not?
1. You need not fill Trans1 for stocks having no untilized VAT credit. 2. You cannot carry forward it bc there is not untilized VAT credit in last VAT return.
