If I have a GST Registration on "X" Trade Name which was proprietary firm of "Ms.Y"
Ms.Y is now doing Network Marketing business (Like Modicare)
So,My question is if Ms.Y get ITC Credit if Invoice made in Ms.Y name ?

No it should be in the Name of the Firm
if the GST number has been mentioned on the invoice then they can claim credit
