ITC CREDIT
CAN Limited lability company can claim GST ITC credit on expenses of staff transportation expenses.and also the give the suggestion regarding the ITC Credit availed on the staff welfare exps ?

It's Block U/S 17 (5)
But if the vehicle have searing capacity of 14(Including Driver) the ITC can be claim (Refer Amendment Act 31, of 2018, notified by Notification 2/2019 CT)
For Staff welfare : Food & beverages ITC is bock , But ITC can be availed if such is obligatory for an Employer to provides its Employees
