I purchase material on 14th April but voluntary gst registration comes on 17 april, so can I take credit of material purchase of 14th April.

yes u can take . . . ask supplier to change date
and input can be availed in putting gstr_3b
Your gst registration is applicable with effect from 17 April. So u can take ITC from this date onwards.
