we have claimed some ITC for example July 18 and our supplier also file same time but it was not there as the GST number they had mentioned was incorrect, after reconciliation it was told to them and they rectified it in June 19.
therefore it come to our 2A in June 19 only but we had already claimed in July last year.
kindly suggest needful, please

Need not worry , to claim credit , you must have Original Tax Invoice & Goods receipt proof. You can also take Undertaking from supplier in this regard

I am sorry but I don't think that GST portal will allow us to file GSTR9 but it will show liability of respective shortfall in tax with interest etc.

Note : GStR 9 do not auto compute any liability
