if a owner of bussines take a gst invoice upon own gstin number. related to traveling,accomodation,convence is it valid or not.

No... ITC is not Available if it's not in course or furtherance of Business .
more even though if it is the business tour then ITC is available only on Air tickets (ITC is block on food & beverages & for Hotel stay , the Hotel never charge IGSt on its bill)
