how I can take ITC on billing of tipper & how & when I can claim for refund.
is it possible to purchase a tipper(truck) as capital goods that will use in manufacturing of Flyash brick plant.

you can take itc of capital goods in gst.If you have purchased your goods before 1 july then also you can claim itc by filling trans 1 from.
