2B reflect ITC Rs.223600 included ITC Rs.3600 On account of car repair.I have avail ITC Rs.220000 in GSTR 3B in may 2022. please suggest what to do about Rs.3600.can I add the same itc in June month itc and then reversal through 3B or nothing to do leave as It is

You can claim 220000 ITC and balance 3600 you can shown under ITC ineligible u/s 17(5) in the same month of May itself. If it's already filed, then you can ignore 3600 part.
