If carrying business of reselling bislery water. purchased vehicle on Gst business name and used for transportation of goods. In such case can we take ITC of vehicle gst paid at time of purchased.

As per section 17 (5), Input credit is blocked on purchase of Motor vehicles for transportation of persons having approved seating capacity of not more than 13 persons.
If the vehicle purchased by you is for transportation of goods, then you are eligible to take input credit on the same
