can we claim Itc paid on purchase of tempo for business ????
and if we claim can we claim refund in our bank account??

Pay tax on transport revenue on forward charge basis @ 12%. You can claim Itc.

Normally we don't issue any gst invoices to customers for ther service we provide,
and we only buy tempo spare parts and pays the amount gst included

You can claim ITC for goods carrier vehicle. I have plan for that.

You do not get ITC claim in cash, it remains in portal, you can just use it for tax paying purpose.
