ITC Claim on Air Conditioner ?
Please advice that can we take ITC OF MY NEW AIR conditioner which we have purchased for my shop . I have a garment shop.

Yes, you can claim ITC on same subject to Section. 16 i.e bill on Co. name, GSTIN is mentioned on bill ect.

Yes you can claim the ITC on the AC Purchased subject to the condition that the invoice shows the name/address/GST number of the Garment Shop you have
