If you take air conditioner capitalize then not take ITC

If air conditioner is used as capital goods for furtherence of business and office purpose also .. you can take ..

According to the Provision of Section 16(1) of the CGST Act 2017, GST ITC can be claimed on Goods or Services used in the course or furtherance of business .
Hence if the Air Conditioner ( AC ) is used for business purpose, then YES you can claim ITC.
