Please suggest me can we can claim ITC of previous financial year billed invoices in current financial year ???
As there is annual return to be filed please suggest can we can get above ITC claim in current FY.

No... ITC can't be taken in current month.
ITC can claim upto 1 year.
if u provide the details with dates of invoice then i can further clarify.
