ITC Claim of Previous Period

Respected Sir,
ITC Amt. 860000 Rs. of Sept-2019 not Claim in GSTR 3B till May 2021All 3B have filed nill. So how to claim this ITC amt. Any solution of this matter.

You can claim till September 2021

U Filed an application to check the status of itc till disputed period to the proper officer,then an intimation acept in this regard, follow further steps.

No you cannot claim.
As per Section 16(4) , the ITC in respect of any invoice or debit note can be claimed till furnishing return u/s 39 (GSTR 3B) for the month of September following the end of FY to which such invoices or debit notes is pertains.
This in your case the last date to avail ITC was September 2020. Hence same has been passed so cannot claim ITC now.
