25 May 2019Dear Experts, i have claimed ITC under Wrong Table i.e it should be in table 4 & column 5 (All Other ITC) but it is fill in Table 4 Column 3 (Inward supplies liable to reverse charge other than 1 & 2 above) and i have utilised the ITC amount also. This mistake done in Oct /Nov and Dec. 2018. Kindly guide me for the correction.

I think it is not a problem, but you have to expain the reason, otherwise it may lead unnecessary problems.
that column refers ; RCM credit, equivalent or less of how much you have paid RCM.

Respected Sir, This is mi Input Tax Credit, not related to RCM. Only column mistake done.

I also said that is not the big problem to avail ITC, you have to ready/show supporting's.

Yes, you are paying tax under RCM means, you are having invoices of that GTA , LR or invoice etc, or other service etc.
