Itc claim against from online service provider?

I have hired some Information Technology services through online. They have charged 18% GST, this is an european company. Being an indian company whether can I take the ITC from their invoice?  They are filing their gst in GSTR5A.

I am not using this service whereas I have purchased on behalf of my client. and made an invoice to my client again with 18% GST.

My question is whether can we are eligible to claim the ITC.
