As per section 17(5) (d) of the CGST act 2017 ITC not available . please confirm with others also

No it is not eligible for ITC. Refer Section 17 (6) of CGST Act,2017 followed by Explanaion

If it's being book as revenue expenditure (Repair & Maintenance ) can claim ITC , if it's capitalised to Building A/c then ITC cannot be claim
