I Claim tax CGST & SGST in 3B. In 2A Bill's in IGST for last fy 17-18

If its a Interestate inward supply then Reverse it now in GSTr 3B, & add in IGST.

no reverse charge igst purchase ITC in Claim igst & cgst

Yes you have claim cgst/Sgst instead of IGST in previous year , reverse means reduce the wrongly claim amount under head cgst/Sgst & Add it in IGST in your current 3b (Refer order /2018 )
