Yes You can take ITC on IGST...
You ll be adjust the way to IGST = IGST -> CGST -> SGST

If recepient is registered in the state where supplier is providing services then SGST and CGST will be charged and if recepient is not registered there then supplier will charge IGST

Supplier will charge SGST and CGST only if he is raising invoice to regd office of recepient in same state. Not aware quest doesnot arise in this case.
