If i regester my self on September18 but i make a purchase in the month of August 18. so the my question is may i can clame credit in my future returns for the purchase made in august?

You can claim ITC on the purchases made only after date of effective registration mentioned on the RC Copy.

You can't claim through filing of GSTR 3B return.

But, You can claim the ITC through ITC 1 form.

You can claim ITC on purchases made before registration as per section 18(1)(a) through ITC -01.Goods lying in stock, W-I-P, finished goods as on date when ur liable to pay tax is eligible to take ITC on the same.
