ITC availment
registered dealer purchased the spare parts for their business purpose without giving his GSTIN . whether this credit of GST paid can claim ITC or not?

As per rule without GSTIN we can't take ITC.
But, You ll be see in GSTR 2A if it's not availability then you ll be add in GSTR 2A and Also inform to the Supplier.....
