I recently Purchase mobile from Amazon business under my firm name for my business purposes.
my question is whether we are eligible for GST credit.

If it is used in the course of business, then YES you can claim ITC provided that all the 4 conditions as laid down u/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 is satisfied.

I would say apportion the ITC in 40:60 ratio for personal:business purpose if it's a smartphone. To be on the safer side.

if you have purchased for business purposes and there is GST no mentioned on the bill then you can take credit
