I have claimed ITC as per invoices.suppose invoice date 26 May 2020 so We have claimed ITC in May 2020,s GSTR 3B and invoice date 22 November 2020 We have claimed the same in November month. but GSTR 2A reflect May 2020,s invoice in August 2020, and November 2020, s invoice in January 2021.So can we face any issue please suggest.
From what I understood, u need to know will there be any issue if ITC as per GSTR 2A of one/ more months is claimed in GSTR 3B of another month or one/more different Months. If it is so, then answer is No. U won't face any issue. As long as ITC claimed reflect in the GSTR 2A of same year. If GSTR 9 & 9C applicable to u, plse take extra care in properly reconciling the ITC as per books, 3B and GSTR 2A. There is nothing else to be worried.
