Can ITC be claimed against the rental income ??

ITC can be claimed only if service used in course or furtherance of business.In case you have paid rent and its in course of business you can adjust against outward supply.

Here in your case the rental income may not be your business...............
Secondly the itc can be availed only against output of same rental income, not for other cause !!

Hi sir...
Im having two business under the same GSTIN. one is rental of immovable property and another is trading of FMCG.
Can i use the excess ITC (after setting off) of FMCG business with the GST payable on my rental income ?
kindly explain !! Thanks in advance..
