Dear friends/ experts,
We often purchase things, go to hotels, restaurants etc., there we get bills having CGST & SGST without our names. Can we claim this ITC?

ITC cannot be claimed on Restaurant bills.
For other Inward Supply ITC can be claimed only if the invoice is in your name and your GSTN is mentioned in invoice and the seller should mentioned your GSTN while filing his gst returns then only you will get ITC
