Itc 2A or 2B in month april 22

In many my client's case itc of month of April 22 shows in 2A & 2 B different. all invoice are in Gstr1 of month of April uploded before 11 th may. but some invoce not reflected in 2B inspite of Gstr1 filed in due date. difference of itc are very huge. 2b is not fully update. Now in 3b which itc can be claim. 2A or 2b.?
