I have missing my ITC claim in the FY 2018-19 ,shall I possible to claim the Credit in 2019-20?

How can you claim in Fy 2019-20????

the ITC for FY 2018-19 can be claimed till September 2019 . hence now you cannot avail

No way to claim ITC pertaining to FY 2018-19 in the current Financial Year ( i.e. FY 2020-21 ). FY 2019-20 is over. The last date to claim ITC of FY 2018-19 was 20th OCTOBER 2019.

As per the intention of the law ITC is not available as the time to avail has expired. But some consultants are of the view that ITC of 2018-19 can be claimed in 2019-20 even after 20th October 2019 subject to certain conditions. However the matter will be subject to litigation for sure.
