Notification No. 38/2019 dated 31-8-19 issued waiving requirementto furnish declaration in form ITC -04 for the peruod July 17 to March 18 and FY 2018-19.

yes. But April 2019 to June 2019 ITC04 is not extended as of now. Awaiting Notification.

further there is no news on April 2019 to June 2018 period, however due to practical issue assessee's are not willing to file it.
Eg : Goods sent in Q4 of Fy2018-19 received in Q1 of FY2019-20. In this case Q4 is not required and Q1 is required which would throw error.
