ITC 04 Form

What ITC 04 ??????????

In terms of Rule 45(3) of the CGST Rules, 2017, details of inputs or capital goods sent and received back from job workers are to be furnished on a quarterly basis in Form ITC-04 on or before the 25th day of the month succeeding the said quarter.

Hence it's return filing form for principal .

ok sir, but my query is goods received back from job workers july2017 received material stock on June month supply.

how to report June stock in ITC 04 form.

another question is JW to MGF good supplied from JW premises show our invoice value to be reported or JW worker bill.

Is it is capital Goods ?????

sir it is CST purchased goods sent to JW before June 2017. how to report in ITC04 form for the period Jul-sep17
