I am registered under GST and getting JOB work done from GST registered persons only.

Do I have to file ITC 04 return.?

FORM GST ITC-04 must be submitted by the principal every quarter.

Every manufacturer who sends goods to his job worker, needs to send goods with a challan. Details of all such challans issued during a quarter needs to be filed using form ITC-04 before 25th day of month succeeding last quarter.

Can we file for July to September, October to December & January to March all together before 25th April?

FORM GST ITC-04 must be submitted by the principal every quarter. He must include the details of challans in respect of the following- Goods dispatched to a job worker or Received from a job worker or Sent from one job worker to another
