If time limit to file GST 01 is missed,Then what is recourse to avail it.

Trans 1 for vat refund claim in edit a amount wht u say but now no option available on portal but u can claim the amount of Vat refund in Vat 20 last final return

No cannot file ITC 01 if the 30 days of time lapse , But can approach the commissioner to extend the date for the same

* Must have valid reason
