a composition dealer converted himself as Regular.
date of conversion 80 .4.2018 but he did not filed GST ITC 01 within one month.
can he file after due date of filing.?
if yes..then from which date and upto which date stock information can be considered.

He could file ITC 01 after 30 days if the extension has been notified by the commissioner.
As no such extension has been notified ITC 01 cannot be filed and you can not take the credit for the stock held on 07.04.2018 kindly see section 18(1)(c) along with rule 40 of CGST Act
