IT TDS on Service Tax invoice
we have received Tax invoice from agent of shipping company in which he has charged 18% GST. Total bill amount is 32284+GST. this is evey month he will be sending. should we cut TDS on this amount under income tax act ? and if yes under 194C or different.

Tds is applicable u/s 194C if the shipping service that you are receiving falls under definition of Work under that section. Threshold limit is crossing as single t/x exceeds 30k
