It's urgent..........

file the return upto march... it will take some time... and if return is already filed but if it is not appearing in 26AS then revise the tds return, check your PAN number and upload it...

tell your employer to revise the form 16, give details of interest to your employer...

for filling itr your form 16 is relevant , form 26as is only for verification purpose , its the duty of the deductor to deduct tax and deposit into the govt. a/c so that the deductee can be given credit for the same... furthur take valid form 16A containing acknowledgement no. of the tds return and challan no. along with challan date from the bank concerned for interest on dposit , duly signed & stamped by the bank personal......for safety purpose a letter to ITO enclosing the copy of form 16 , form 16A & Form 26AS should also be given.....
