I had filed IT Return for A.Y. 2015-16 with refund but not send ITR-V in CPC Bangaluru so what to do now?can I revised my return now in A.Y. 2017-18?

You have to send ITR-V to Banglore or e-verify it to get refund.

what is the last date of filing revised return for A.Y. 2015-16? can I file revise for A.Y. 2015-16 In 2017-18??

I think your return treated as "Invalid". Also your time limit is lapsed.
Go to log in your ID and Check out any Compliance under "Non-filing Monitoring System". You get any intimation then You ll be file based on the intimation and get refund....
