It returns for ay2012-13 not yet processed by cpc

Hello,

submitted two IT returns on the same day for AY2012-13. One return was processed by CPC. The status of the second one is "ITR V" received  ( in June 2012). Last year  the processing was completed by Oct/Nov. What could be the reason for the delay? More volume or some specific issue with this particular return? How to get some information or should wait for some more time?
